Gate IQ, LLC ("Gate IQ," "we," "our") operates gateiq.world. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit our site or join our founding list, how we use it, and your choices.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not share your location with third parties, ever.
Founding list sign-up — when you reserve a founding spot, we collect:
Optional payment method — if you choose to save a payment method at signup, payment details (such as card number, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal account information) are collected and processed directly by Stripe, Inc. Gate IQ does not receive or store your full payment card number or wallet credentials. Stripe may retain a payment method token, billing details you provide, and limited card metadata (such as card brand and last four digits) on our behalf so we can charge your saved method when Gate IQ launches, if you become a member.
Saving a payment method is entirely optional. You can join the founding list without providing any payment information.
Analytics — if you consent via our cookie banner, we collect anonymized usage data (pages visited, session duration, referral source) through Google Analytics 4. No analytics data is collected without your consent. IP addresses are anonymized.
Automatically collected — standard server logs may capture your IP address, browser type, and request timestamp. These logs are retained for up to 30 days for security purposes only.
We will not charge you at signup for joining the founding list or for saving an optional payment method. Founding membership billing, if applicable, begins only when Gate IQ launches and you activate or accept membership under the terms in effect at that time.
We will not send marketing emails unrelated to your Gate IQ invitation without your explicit opt-in.
We share data only with processors necessary to operate the service:
We do not share your data with airlines, airports, hotel chains, or any commercial partner without your explicit consent at the time of a future product feature.
Founding list data is retained for up to 24 months from the date you sign up, or until you request deletion, whichever comes first. If Gate IQ launches as a product, we will ask for your fresh consent before migrating founding list data into the product.
If you save an optional payment method, Stripe retains that payment information according to Stripe's retention policies and our instructions as merchant of record. You may request removal of a saved payment method by contacting privacy@gateiq.world before launch.
Analytics data (if consented) follows Google Analytics' default 14-month retention period.
Server access logs are deleted after 30 days.
To request deletion of your data at any time, email privacy@gateiq.world with the subject line "Delete my data."
All data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Form submissions and payment setup requests are processed over encrypted connections.
Gate IQ does not store full payment card numbers, CVV codes, or wallet credentials on our servers. Optional payment methods are tokenized and stored by Stripe, which is certified to PCI DSS Level 1 standards. We follow industry-standard practices for access control.
If you discover a security vulnerability in our site, please report it responsibly to security@gateiq.world. We will acknowledge reports within 48 hours.

By visiting gateiq.world or submitting your information via our founding list form, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Founding list — joining the Gate IQ founding list does not guarantee access to the product, membership at any tier, or receipt of a launch box. We reserve the right to limit, prioritize, or close the founding list at any time. Submitting your email constitutes consent to receive launch-related communications about Gate IQ.
No purchase at signup — joining the founding list is free. No purchase, subscription, or service agreement is created by joining the founding list alone. Gate IQ is a pre-launch product. Features, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.
Acceptable use — you agree not to submit false information, attempt to automate form submissions, interfere with the operation of the site, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property — all content, design, and branding on gateiq.world is the property of Gate IQ, LLC. No license to reproduce or distribute any content is granted.
Disclaimer of warranties — the site and any information on it are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Gate IQ makes no representation that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
Limitation of liability — to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Gate IQ, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use this site.
Governing law — these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee.
Changes — we may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
During prelaunch, you may optionally save a payment method (credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal) to speed up checkout when Gate IQ launches. This step is not required to join the founding list.
No charge today — if you choose to save a payment method, you will not be charged at signup. Saving a payment method does not start a subscription or create a billing relationship by itself.
Founding membership pricing — we currently expect founding membership to be $49.99 per month when Gate IQ launches. This price is subject to change before launch. If pricing changes, we will notify you before any charge is attempted.
Authorization — by saving a payment method, you authorize Gate IQ (through Stripe) to store that payment method and, if you become a founding member at launch, to charge it for recurring membership fees in accordance with the membership terms presented at that time. You may remove your saved payment method before launch by contacting privacy@gateiq.world.
Third-party payment terms — payment processing is provided by Stripe. Your use of optional payment features is also subject to Stripe's applicable terms and privacy policy. Gate IQ is not responsible for Stripe service interruptions outside our reasonable control.
Refunds and cancellation — because no charge is made at signup, no refund applies to the optional payment-save step. Membership cancellation and refund policies, if any, will be disclosed when Gate IQ launches and before your first charge.
